3. Access data / server log files

When you access our website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files (see section 8). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Contacting us (email, phone, contact form)

If you contact us, the data you provide will be processed exclusively for handling your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures/contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Cookies and consent

This website uses cookies. These are small text files stored on your device. We use technically necessary cookies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) as well as cookies for analytics and marketing purposes (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), provided you have consented via our consent banner.

6. Analytics and advertising tools

Google Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). User interactions are recorded using cookies (e.g. page views, time spent on site). The IP address is anonymized by default in GA4.

Google Ads (remarketing & conversion tracking)

We use Google Ads to display advertisements in Google Search and the advertising network. We use conversion tracking to measure how many users perform an action on our website after clicking on an advertisement. We also use remarketing functions to address you again with interest-based advertising on other websites.

Legal basis: These services are only used after your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Third-country transfer: Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection.

7. External services

To the extent that we integrate other external services (e.g. locally hosted Google Fonts), this is done in compliance with data protection law. No transfer to third parties for advertising purposes takes place without your consent.

8. Hosting

This website is hosted by a service provider within the EU. We have concluded a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

9. Your rights as a data subject

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may revoke any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
